The purpose of this standard operating procedure (SOP) is to offer a crucial guide for the management and operation of the Multipurpose Youth Centers (MYCs) that receive support from UNFPA in Afghanistan. These centers serve as comprehensive hubs that provide Afghan adolescents and youth with health, protection, and livelihood services, with the goal of helping them reach their full potential. The SOP, which is developed in English, Pashto and Dari languages, is intended to provide guidance to all personnel, partners and stakeholders who are responsible for the administrative and managerial functions of MYCs located across Afghanistan.
