UNFPA Afghanistan Youth Programme Advocacy Document

Afghanistan has one of the youngest populations in the world, and also one of the most vulnerable. With the right investments and opportunities, young people can become a critical driving force behind Afghanistan’s socioeconomic transformation. But first, substantial barriers must be addressed to enable young people to reach their full potential. As the lead United Nations agency addressing adolescent and youth issues in Afghanistan, UNFPA—the United Nations Population Fund—flagship youth programmes help secure young people’s rights, choices and opportunities. The youth flagship advocacy document provides comprehensive knowledge about Youth Parliament, Youth Health Line and Youth Health Corners supported by UNFPA in Afghanistan.
