This consultancy is focused on the development of UNFPA AAP Guidance Pack for Afghanistan. In particular, the Consultant will develop/produce a comprehensive AAP Guidance Pack consisting of “how-to” guidance and a set of toolkits required to mainstream/institutionalize and undertake CE/AAP approach into the UNFPA Afghanistan programmes. The Consultant will regularly communicate and report progress to the AAP Specialist in undertaking this assignment.
